First introduced in 1942, the J-45 Standard acoustic-electric is Gibson's most popular round-shoulder dreadnought.
The top is constructed from AA-grade Sitka spruce, while the back and sides are constructed from pattern-grade Honduran mahogany.
Additional features include a premium-grade rosewood fingerboard with a slightly rolled edge for enhanced feel and playability, elegant single-ring rosette, period-accurate mother of pearl dot inlays, hand-scalloped top bracing, and an L.R. Baggs Element Active Acoustic Pickup System. Includes hardshell case.
